Our Standards
By using PawTrack, you agree to prioritize the safety of pets and community members above all else. These terms ensure a trusted environment for every recovery.
Account Rules
Users must provide accurate information and maintain the security of their accounts. Multiple accounts for the purpose of fraud or deception are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Lost Pet Network Use
The network is intended solely for pet recovery. Any use for harassment, commercial advertising, or unrelated social networking is forbidden. We reserve the right to limit access to any user who violates these standards.
Community Helper Rules
Helpers participate voluntarily. You must follow all safety protocols, never trespass on private property, and never attempt to capture a pet without explicit owner permission or professional partner guidance.
Partner Rules
Professional partners are held to a higher standard of verification and operational excellence. Partners must maintain certification and follow PawTrack field protocols at all times during active cases.
Escrow & Rewards
Rewards are held in secure escrow. Payouts are only released after successful recovery and verification of evidence by PawTrack admins. PawTrack is not responsible for private reward agreements made outside our platform.
Safety & Conduct
Safety is our priority. No trespassing. No chasing pets. Do not put yourself or the pet in danger. Users who ignore safety warnings or engage in hazardous behavior will be permanently banned from the network.
Abuse & Fraud
Reporting fake sightings or attempting to claim rewards through fraudulent evidence is a serious offense. We cooperate with local authorities to investigate and prosecute fraud within our network.
