Privacy Policy
How we protect your data and maintain the integrity of the recovery network.
Privacy-First Recovery
We built PawTrack with a simple rule: your safety and your pet's recovery are more important than marketing reach. Our policy is not to sell your personal data for advertising use.
Data Sovereignty
At PawTrack, we believe you should stay in control of your data. Our policy is not to sell GPS location history, personal contact information, or pet data for advertising or marketing use. Data is intended for account, safety, and recovery workflows.
Contact Privacy
By default, your phone number and email address are hidden from other users. Community helpers and partners communicate through PawTrack messaging and reviewed recovery workflows when those tools are available.
Location Protection
Your pet's live GPS location is intended to remain visible only to you. During a lost pet report, shared recovery data is limited by the workflow and privacy settings you enable.
User Control
You have full control over your sharing preferences. You can adjust your alert radius, choose which details to make public during a recovery, and toggle your visibility in the community search.
Secure Communication
Messages and recovery activity are designed to stay inside PawTrack systems. We review suspicious activity signals and moderation reports as part of beta operations.
Network Trust
Access to PawTrack systems is limited to authorized staff and approved workflows. Verified partners only receive the data needed for the recovery tasks they are approved to handle.
