Resource Center

Detailed public knowledge base for setup, maps, recovery workflows, privacy, billing, tracker setup, and support.

Getting Started

PawTrack is designed for pet owners, finders, community helpers, shelters, rescues, vets, stores, and approved local partners participating in beta recovery workflows.

Owners

Owner accounts manage pets, location context, notifications, map views, lost-pet workflows, and privacy-safe recovery coordination.

Community Helpers

Community users can browse local lost-pet activity, submit sightings, and help support nearby recovery awareness during beta.

Partners

Partners sign up first, then complete an approval application from the partner dashboard with organization details, service area, and contact information.

Reporting a Lost Pet

Signed-in owners can create a pet and launch a lost-pet case with last known location, timing, notes, and optional reward details.

Reporting a Found Pet

Found-pet reports should include a safe finder contact, location, timing, and a helpful pet description. A photo is strongly recommended.

Messaging Owners

Message-center workflows are meant to help coordination happen without publishing an owner's direct phone number, email address, or private address.

Privacy and Safety

Owner home address, email, and phone are hidden by default in public-facing pages and recovery flows.
